| The conference for CIB W112 2008 registration is open. Please make your registration as soon as possible.
General Registration Information
1. There are two types of conference registration available -- author registration and attendee registration (including accompanying persons).

2. All the conference papers are placed on the Conference Website and could be accessed and downloaded by participants , following payment of the registration fee.
NOTE: At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the author registration rate to ensure that the paper is included in the conference proceedings. However, the attendee registration rate does not need to satisfy this requirement. The author registration must be received by the special author registration deadline of 31 October, 2008. If the registration fee is not received by this date, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

4. Payment of a registration fee covers the cost to attend the conference and activities organized by conference organiser, coffee breaks, conference reception and banquet, and all lunches and dinners during the conference. In addition, each registrant will receive a copy of the Conference proceedings (in CD-ROM). Notice that this registration fee does not cover transportation fee, accommodation fee, pre and post conference tour fee.
5. We can only provide Visa Application Form once your registration fee has been paid. The Visa Application Form will be issued to the delegate by Tongji University for delegate to get the visa from their local Chinese embassy for entering China. Visa Application Form will be issued only to the authors outside mainland China.
6. Reciept/invoice of the registration fee will be available at the conference venue.
7. All requests for refunds must be received prior to 20 October, 2008. No refunds will be allowed after this date. There will be a USD$100 or RMB700 service charge for all refunds. Please send a cancellation request to the conference organiser at cibw112@cmtongji.com
