ABSTRACT

The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

Keywords: The number of keywords should not exceed 5.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please use the following notes as a template for the submission of all papers. Papers should be transmitted to the Organising Committee by email (MS-Word format) supplied by the author(s) at:

The paper should not exceed 6000 words, written in English, spelling according to the Oxford English Dictionary.

The first page of the paper should appear just as this notes sheet does, complete with the logos. The margins of the document (set automatically herein) should be: side margins 3.17cm, bottom 2.50cm and top 3.0cm. The first page should include a header that starts at 3.0cm from the top edge. All footers are to start 1.25cm from the bottom edge. Body text is to be fully justified. Pages should be numbered consecutively (centered in the footer). Footnotes are not allowed and endnotes are not encouraged.

All papers will be refereed by at least two internationally-renown reviewers.

UNITS

SI units are to be used. Justify all formulas to the left margin of the page. Use Arabic Numerals.

TABLES AND FIGURES

Tables, figures and images are to be centered in its page, right-side-up and to be numbered consecutively. (see sample).

Figure 1. Text (italics) should appear directly below the table.

COPYRIGHT

All papers submitted must be original, unpublished work not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible to obtain all necessary permission for the reproduction of tables, figures and images and must be appropriately acknowledged. Prior to final acceptance of the paper, authors are required to confirm in writing that they hold all necessary copyright for their paper and to assign this copyright to the Conference Organiser.
